A whole-land booking takes every apartment, comfort room, truck and dome together with the yoga platform, the shaded communal kitchen, the long table, the gardens and the fire circle. Twenty guests is the ceiling, which keeps the place intimate.

Built for facilitator-led retreats

Groups practise on the platform at sunrise, hold circle in the shade through the heat of the day, and eat together at one long table. Our kitchen can cover full board from the gardens, or you bring your own chef.

What it costs

Per person, per night, dropping as the group grows: around €45 each for a small group, €25 each once you are ten or more. Three-night minimum, and the quote is itemised before you commit.

Quiet after 11pm out of respect for the valley and the animals.
Vegetarian kitchen, mostly from our own gardens. Tell us about allergies early and we plan around them.
No single-use plastics, and please compost with us — the gardens run on it.
Dry toilets and solar hot water in parts of the land; water is precious here.

No. One booking at a time. The twenty hectares of permaculture land, the trails, the fire pits and the yoga platform are yours for the length of your stay.

What does it cost to hold dates?

Nothing. We hold your dates free for 24 hours while you check with everyone else, and no card is needed to ask.

Can we add breathwork, sound healing or a chef dinner?

Yes, and it is the reason most guests book direct. You add sessions while booking and they appear on one itemised total, no vendor chasing.

Is it really adults only?

Yes, by intention. Maximum 18 overnight adults across the whole property, which is what keeps it quiet enough for the wildlife to behave normally.

How far is it from the coast and from Lisbon or Faro?

Fifteen minutes to Odemira village, thirty to the Atlantic beaches, and two hours from both Lisbon and Faro airports.
