How the room works

Lakshmi is the most flexible of the three apartments. Two single beds sit on the upper level, with a sofa bed and seating area below, so it suits two friends travelling together, a small family, or a facilitator who wants their own space and a spare bed for their assistant.

The shared kitchen

Lakshmi, Shanti and Hanuman share one fully equipped kitchen. In practice this is how people meet at Pachawa: the kettle goes on, someone brings tomatoes in from the garden, and the day starts slowly.

What it costs

Rates are per person, per night, and drop as the room fills: €70 alone, €40 each as a pair, €30 each as three, €25 each as four. Nothing hidden on top.

Vegetarian kitchen, mostly from our own gardens. Tell us about allergies early and we plan around them.
No single-use plastics, and please compost with us — the gardens run on it.
Dry toilets and solar hot water in parts of the land; water is precious here.

No. One booking at a time. The twenty hectares of permaculture land, the trails, the fire pits and the yoga platform are yours for the length of your stay.

What does it cost to hold dates?

Nothing. We hold your dates free for 24 hours while you check with everyone else, and no card is needed to ask.

Can we add breathwork, sound healing or a chef dinner?

Yes, and it is the reason most guests book direct. You add sessions while booking and they appear on one itemised total, no vendor chasing.

Is it really adults only?

Yes, by intention. Maximum 18 overnight adults across the whole property, which is what keeps it quiet enough for the wildlife to behave normally.

How far is it from the coast and from Lisbon or Faro?

Fifteen minutes to Odemira village, thirty to the Atlantic beaches, and two hours from both Lisbon and Faro airports.
