I have run cohorts in Andalusia and Bali. This is the first place where rooming, the schedule and the final per-person number were sorted three weeks out instead of three days.
The per-person split was the whole thing. I quoted my group €490 each on day one and it never moved.
Garden dinners, cacao and sunrise on the platform, all booked in the same flow as the beds. I did not send a single separate email.

Up to 20 guests sleep on the land: three ensuite apartments, shared-space comfort rooms, the two converted trucks and the eco domes. Bigger cohorts can day-visit, but 20 overnight is the cap and it is what keeps the place a home.
